综合性护理干预在胃镜检查中的应用观察

摘　　要：目的探讨综合性护理干预措施在胃镜检查中的临床效果。方法将689例初次行胃镜检查的患者用随机方法分成观察组345例和对照组344例。观察组给予综合性护理干预措施，分别包括检查前、中、后护理干预，对照组按常规方法进行检查。结果两组患者在胃镜检查过程中出现的恶心次数，一次插镜的成功例数，患者紧张、恐惧情况分级，胃镜前端下至十二指肠降段及乳头部所需时间，检查后咽部疼痛及腹痛腹胀发生例数等进行比较，差异均有统计学意义，观察组优于对照组（P均〈0．05）。结论积极的综合性护理干预措施在胃镜检查过程中可明显减少或减轻患者的躯体及心理性应激反应的发生，对消除紧张、恐惧心理，提高一次插镜的成功率，减少恶心不适和检查后咽部疼痛及腹痛腹胀的发生率，有效缩短检查所需的时间筹方面均有重要意义。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the comprehensive nurse intervention during gastroseopy. Methods Six hundred and eighty -nine cases of first -time gastroscope patients were randomly divided into observation group （345 cases） and control group （344 cases）. The observation group was given comprehensive nurse intervention, included the intervention measures before, during and after the examinations. The control group underwent the usual examining procedures. Results Statistically meaningful differences could be found in factors of the cases of nausea, the number of once - successful in- sertion, the grading of tension and fear of the patient, the time needed for the front end of the gastroscope to reach the falling section of the duodenum and the papilla section, and the cases of sore throat, stomach ache and abdominal distension. The observation group has advantage over the control group （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions Positive comprehensive nurse intervention could effectively reduce the chances of stress reactions both physically and psychologically in the patients. Such intervention has practical significance in e-liminating the patients＇ stress and fear, improving the rate of once - successful insertion, reducing nausea, sore throat, stomachache, and abdominal distension, as well as shortening the examination time.
