摘 要:研究织物组织对服用舒适性能的影响。在其他结构参数均相同的条件下,测试了4组不同组织织物的保暖率、透湿量、透气率、抗弯刚度和折痕回复角,并运用灰色关联分析法得出这5个性能参数与织物厚度、浮长线长度和单位面积质量3个结构参数的关联度。结果表明:厚度对织物舒适性能的影响较显著,其次是单位面积质量和浮长线长度。指出:在织物原料和经纬密相同的条件下,可通过选择较厚的织物来提高织物的保暖率、透湿量、透气率和折皱回复性。Effect of fabric weave on wear comfort of fabric was studied. In condition of same other structure parameters, warmth retention rate, moisture permeation amount, air permeability, bending rigidity and crease recovery of four groups fabric with different fabric weave were tested, grey relational analysis method was used and correlation degrees of five parameters with fabric thickness, mass per unit area and float were got. The result shows that fabric wear comfort is effeeted by fabric thickness obviously,the next are mass per unit area and float. It is pointed out in condition of same fabric material, warp and weft density, fabric warmth retention rate, moisture permeation amount, air permeability and crease recovery can be increased by selecting larger fabric thickness.
