摘 要:探讨棉棉秆皮混纺纱生产工艺以及运用聚类分析法优选工艺的途径。针对棉秆皮纤维较粗、较硬、较脆,抱合力差的特点,通过预处理提高其可纺性,并在各工序采取相应的工艺技术措施,用不同工艺纺制出12种混纺转杯纱。运用聚类分析法对混纺纱性能进行分析,将所纺12种纱线聚类为4类,通过对4类纱线性能的分析比较,优选出工业化生产中宜采用的较优工艺参数为棉/棉秆皮混纺比80/20,纺纱细度70 tex,捻系数600。指出:采用聚类分析法优选纺纱工艺参数可为工业化生产提供参考。Processing of cotton and cotton stalk fiber blended yarn and optimizing methods by cluster analyses were discussed. Spinnability of cotton stalk fiber were improved by pretreatment according to the fiber property of coarse, hard,brittle and worse cohesion etc. Related technology measures were adopted in each process. Twelve kinds of blended rotor yarn were spun by different processing. Blended yarn properties were analyzed by cluster analysis method. The yarns were divided into four categories. Better processing parameter that are suitable to industrial production should be cotton/cotton stalk 80/20,yarn fineness 70 tex,twist factor 600 through contrasting four categories yarn properties. It is pointed out that parameters optimized by cluster analyses can provide reference for industrial production.
