细纱机锭带张力装置的改造

摘　　要：为了稳定细纱机的锭速,降低纱线的捻度不匀和强力不匀,提高纺纱质量,同时延长锭带的使用寿命,通过对锭带传动张力装置进行分析研究,对锭带张力轮及重锤张力装置实施改造并进行了运转试验。结果表明:改造后锭带张力均衡,运转中不易跑偏、滑脱,锭速能保持较好的一致性。认为该改造方案简易可行,能够在提高细纱机产质量方面发挥较好的作用。To steady spindle speed, reduce yarn twist and strength unevenness, improve spinning quality, prolong spindle belt life, spindle belt tension device were researched. Spindle belt tension wheel and weight tension device were modified and operational test was carried out. The result shows that after the modification spindle belt tension is even, operation is well, spindle speed can be kept uniform well. It is considered that the modification is simple and feasible, output and quality can be improved.
