摘　　要：总结Tencel 9.7 tex紧密纺品种上浆工艺要点。根据品种特点,对浆料配方、浆液浓度、上浆率、压浆力、车速进行工艺试验与优选,重点对上浆温度和烘筒温度进行了调整与试验,并在此基础上进一步改进操作方法,使上浆质量提高,织机效率达到较好水平,且用汽成本也大幅降低。指出:推广中低温上浆工艺可以达到节约能源和成本的目的,是纺织企业节能减排的一项重要举措。Key points of sizing Teneel 9.7 tex compact yarn were summarized. According to product property,sizing instruction, sizing concentration, sizing percentage, squeezing pressure, sizing speed were tested and optimized. Sizing temperature and dry can temperature were adjusted and tested as key, on the basis operational method were improved further, then sizing quality can be increased, loom efficiency can reach better level, steam cost can be reduced greatly. It is pointed out it is one important measure for enterprise energy saving through promoting low-temperature sizing,energy and cost can be saved as well.
