摘　　要：总结DELTA 1 10型穿经机的使用及相关故障的处理方法。重点叙述了自动穿经机用于白坯品种、色织品种和防静电品种时的工艺设置和操作要点。介绍了DELTA 110型穿经机在使用过程中常见故障的解决方法。指出:设定穿经机纹板时要保证边组织和地组织的基本循环数为穿综循环与穿筘循环的最小公倍数,加强设备维护保养方能稳定并提高穿经机的生产效率。Application of DELTA 110 drawing-in frame were summarized as well as dealing method of related faults. Processing setting and operation key points of automatic drawing-in frame were introduce as key when the frame was used in gray cloth,yarn-dyed fabric and anti-electrostatic product. Resolving methods to frequent fault in using DEL- TA110 drawing-in frame were introduced. It is pointed out when setting card, basic cycles of edge weave and ground weave should be the least common multiple of drawing-in cycle and reed-in cycle. Equipment maintenance should be strengthened to steady drawing-in flame efficiency.
