喷气织机两种纬向疵点分析

摘　　要：探讨喷气织机上纬缩和断双纬疵点的产生原因及解决措施。分析了纬缩和断双纬疵点的形成原因,认为纬缩疵点的形成主要与引纬系统、引纬工艺参数设置、纬纱质量和压缩空气压力有关,从纬向系统、经向系统、生产环境三方面采取相应技术措施即可解决纬缩疵点问题;断双纬疵点的形成主要是由于纬纱从储纬器中脱出,通过调整供纱侧剪刀状态和剪切时间,更换挡纬销,调整辅助主喷嘴位置等措施即可解决断双纬问题。Reasons and solutions of weft shrinkage and double weft defect on air-jet loom were discussed. It is considered that reasons of weft defect mainly were related with weft-inserting system and processing setting, weft quality and compressed air pressure. Weft defect problems can be resolved by adopting related measures from weft system,warp system and production environment. Reasons of double weft defect are weft running out from weft accumulator. Double weft defect can be resolved through adjusting scissors state and cut time, changing stop weft pin and auxiliary main nozzle position etc.
