摘 要:自愈是智能配网调控一体化最核心的内容。结合国内外智能配网建设实践,对智能配网调控一体化的概念和内容给出新定义,对配网自愈功能的含义、特征进行阐述。在此基础上提出自愈系统的一种分模块设计思路,对其实现方法进行了探讨。强调自愈控制系统在实现自愈过程中占据重要地位,对其按功能进行层次划分,并提出各层次如何分工协作实现控制。提出了评价配网自愈能力的参考指标项,包括自愈时间和自愈率等。指出在自愈控制系统中应用先进的电力电子技术是未来的发展方向。Self-healing is the most central part of the regulation & control integration under smart distribution grid mode. This paper defines the general concepts and contents of the distribution network regulation & control integration, combined with the practice of the construction of smart distribution grid both domestically and abroad. It also analyses the meaning and characteristics of distribution network self-healing. Based on that, a module-divided design method of the self-healing system is discussed, as well as how to realize it. This paper emphasizes the importance of self-healing control system and divides its function into three levels and then implies how they cooperate with each other to control successfully. Finally based on the above, some reference indexes are brought up to evaluate the healing ability of distribution network, including self-healing time and self-healing ratio and so on. This paper also points out that application of advanced power electronic technology in the self-healing control system is the future direction.
