氯沙坦对高血压病患者血压及血尿酸的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察氯沙坦治疗原发性高血压并高尿酸血症的降压和降尿酸作用。方法:120例高血压并高尿酸血症患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,观察给药前后血压和血尿酸变化。结果:用药8周后2组患者收缩压和舒张压与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),2组间降压疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组用药8周后与用药前比较血尿酸浓度差异明显(P<0.01),而对照组用药8周后与用药前比较血尿酸浓度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:氯沙坦可降低高血压合并高尿酸血症患者血压和血清尿酸水平,合并高尿酸血症的高血压病人可安全选用氯沙坦。Objective：Observation and treatment of essential hypertension losartan hyperuricemia and uric acid lowering effect of antihypertensive.Methods：120 cases of hypertension and hyperuricemia were randomly divided into treatment and control groups were observed before and after administration of blood pressure and blood uric acid changes.Results：The two groups of patients after 8 weeks of treatment systolic and diastolic blood pressure before treatment was significantly （P0.01）,antihypertensive efficacy between the two groups no statistically significant difference （P0.05） ;after 8 weeks of treatment group compared with before treatment,serum uric acid concentration significantly different （P0.01）,while the control group after 8 weeks of treatment compared with the serum uric acid concentrations before treatment were no significant differences （P0.05）.Conclusions：Losartan reduces blood pressure in patients with hyperuricemia and blood pressure,serum uric acid levels,hyperuricemia in hypertensive patients is safe to use Losartan.
