摘　　要：抗病毒治疗能使艾滋病从一种致死性疾病变为可以治疗、但尚不能完全治愈的慢性疾病,目前已经成为治疗艾滋病最重要的措施并明显改善了艾滋病患者的预后。本文对临床上常用的抗艾滋病毒药物及其不良反应、抗艾滋病毒治疗方案作一简介。AIDS is one of the leading causes of death worldwide.The highly active antiretroviral therapy（HAART）has significantly contributed to virological suppression and improvement of immune function and quality of life.The paper reviews the progress in six classes of antiretroviral drugs commonly used in clinic and their side effects,preferred and alternative antiretroviral regimens for antiretroviral therapy-na？ve patients.
