摘　　要：秀丽隐杆线虫在药物和靶蛋白筛选方面越来越受到药物学家的重视,已形成了较为完善的药物筛选技术平台。本文以新药的发现为目标,介绍线虫作为新药筛选模型的特点、研究现状及该模型在新药发现中的应用。Caenorhabditis elegans（C.elegans）has attracted an increasing attention of pharmaceutical scientists working on drug screening.A relatively complete technology platform for drug screening has been formed by this model.The characteristics of C.elegans as new drug screening model,disease models established by C.elegans currently and their application in discovery of new drug are described in this review.
