超限超重货物运输安全评价体系分析

摘　　要：安全是铁路运输的前提和基础,安全性能的高低直接影响着铁路事业的发展和水平。针对我国超限超重货物运输安全存在的问题,提出用变异系数法与灰色关联分析法相结合的方法进行安全评价的设想,根据影响超限超重货物安全运输的因素建立指标体系,建立灰色关联分析模型,并用变异系数法确定权重系数。Safety is the presupposition and the foundation of the railway transportation.Safety performance is directly influence the development of the cause of the railway and level.In view of China＇s out-of-gauge and overweight goods with safety problems and putting forward the conceiving which is combine the variation coefficient method with the grey relational analysis method for safety assessment.Set up the indexes system by the influenced factor of the transportation safety,establish the grey relational analysis model,and use the variation coefficient method to determine the weight coefficient.
