摘　　要：社区卫生服务作为基层卫生防护网,为维护居民健康做出了重要贡献,但是也存在地区差异大、"六位一体"功能不均衡、外部支持系统不完善等制约社区卫生可持续发展的因素。通过分析广东省社区卫生服务发展的现状,提出相应的对策,包括完善政府的付费、政治等职能,为社区卫生服务发展提供良好的空间;改善社区卫生服务机构的工作模式等,找到有自身特色的可持续发展道路。As the basic health safety net, community health services have made important contributions to safeguard the health of residents, but there are also some problems, such as regional differences, inadequate support systems restrict sustainable development of community health. The paper analyzes the development of community health services in Guangdong Province, and raise corresponding countermeasures, including improved pay the government and political functions for the development of community health services to provide a good space; improve community health services work mode , find their own road of sustainable development.
