摘　　要：目的测试与评价二级生物安全柜对病毒气溶胶的防护效果,为该生物安全柜的安全使用提供依据。方法发生噬菌体phiX 174气溶胶,按照标准中规定的测试方法就安全柜的物理学评价指标及3种生物学评价指标即人员保护、交叉污染和产品保护进行测试,3种测试分别重复3次。结果 3次测试中,人员保护每次6个液体撞击式采样器的培养噬菌斑数之和不大于10 pfu,2个裂隙采样器的培养噬菌斑数之和不超过5 pfu。产品保护每次所有培养皿上的phiX174噬菌斑数不超过5 pfu。每次交叉污染测试中被检测侧壁36 cm外的所有培养皿上的噬菌斑数不超过2 pfu。结论该生物安全柜对病毒气溶胶的防护效果符合标准的要求。Objective To evaluate the protective effect of the secondary biosafety cabinet against virus aerosol,so as to provide the basis for its safe using.Methods Phage phiX 174 aerosol was generated.Physcial and biological protection performance were evaluated according to the standard methods.Personal protection,product protection,and cross contamination were tested three times.Results Personal test showed the sum of plaque forming unit（pfu） from all liquid ram samplers were no more than 10 pfu,and all creviced samplers were less than 5 pfu.All product test showed less than 5 pfu.All cross contamination test showed the number of phiX 174 was less than 2 pfu.Conclusion The protection performance of the biosafety cabinet against viral aerosol were in accordance to the national standard.
