摘  要:用两种方法合成载体ZrO2,分别负载镍单金属和铜镍双金属制备催化剂,对其做CO催化,确定载体最佳制备方法。用最佳方法制备的载体负载铜镍金属做催化剂,考察催化剂焙烧温度和负载比例不同对CO催化影响。实验结果表明,用溶胶凝胶超临界干燥法制备的ZrO2为载体负载铜镍制备的催化剂其最佳焙烧温度为250℃,Zr与Cu和Ni的最佳物质的量比是10:8:4时,获得催化剂起始催化活性温度为22℃,169℃时CO的转化率达到50%,较好地实现了ZrO2负载铜镍在较低温度下对CO的催化。Nano ZrO2 has been synthesized by two methods, and then using them to load NiO and CuO, NiO for prearparing catalysts. Then CO oxidation was tested using the catalysts to decide which ZrO2 preparation method was good for the experiment. Using the good one with loading CuO, NiO as catalysts, we did the effects of CO oxidation on catalysts diffirent calcined temperature and molar ratio of Zr: Cu : Ni. The experiment results showed, the light - off temperature of CO oxidation was 22℃ when the molar ratio of Zr: Cu:Ni was 10:8:4 and the calcined temperature was 250℃, and the CO transformation efficiency was up to 50% at 169℃. The preapred catalysts of Cu , Ni supported on ZrO2 had high activity for CO oxidation at low temperature.
