蛭龙活血通瘀胶囊对肾性高血压大鼠IL-6、TNF-α及CRP的干预作用

摘　　要：目的:通过对IL-6、TNF-α及CRP的检测,探讨蛭龙活血通瘀胶囊对大鼠肾性高血压血压的保护机制。方法:将实验动物分为6组:正常对照组、模型组、假手术组、蛭龙活血通瘀胶囊大剂量组、蛭龙活血通瘀胶囊中剂量组、蛭龙活血通瘀胶囊小剂量组,建立肾性高血压模型,给予不同的药物治疗,8周后行IL-6、TNF-α及CRP的检测。结果:模型组大鼠血清CRP、IL-6及TNF-α较正常组、假手术组明显升高(P<0.05),假手术组大鼠血清CRP、IL-6及TNF-α与正常组比较无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后高剂量组、中剂量组和低剂量组大鼠血清CRP、IL-6及TNF-α与模型组比较,高、中剂量组明显降低(P<0.05),高剂量组与低剂量组之间比较降低有统计学意义(P<0.05),但高剂量组与中剂量组之间比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:蛭龙活血通瘀胶囊能降低IL-6、TNF-α及CRP水平,具有一定的抗炎作用和免疫调节作用。Objective：Through the test of IL-6,TNF-α and CRP,to probe into the protection mechanisms of Zhilong Huoxue Tongyu Capsule on blood pressure of renal hypertensive rats.Methods： The experimental animals were divided into six groups： normal control group,model group,sham operation group,Zhilong Huoxue Tongyu Capsule groups（high dose group,middle dose group and low dose group）.The renal hypertension models were established and given different medication,and IL-6,TNF-α and CRP were tested 8 weeks after the treatment.Results： Serum CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α of model group were significantly increased（P0.05）compared with those of normal group and sham group,and there were no significant difference（P 0.05） between normal group and sham group in serum CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α.After the treatment,serum CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α of high-dose group,middle dose group and low dose group were significantly decreased（P 0.05） compared with those of model group.There was statistical significance between the high-dose group and low dose group（P0.05）,while there was no significant difference between the high-dose group and low dose group（P0.05）.Conclusion： Zhilong Huoxue Tongyu Capsule can reduce levels of IL-6,TNF-α and CRP,with some anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory effects.
