摘  要:一种新的基于非稳态三维点热源热导原理的环形热源探头应用于测量井巷岩壁的原位热导率,通过双参比样标定的数字处理方法,声控选频器的设计研制,以及微机程控自动化技术的应用,成功地建立了一套快速轻便单键启动的便携式井巷岩壁原位热导仪。A portable ring heat source probe method based on tran-sient three-dimensional heat transfer from a point heat source is applied tomeasure the in-situ wall-rock thermal conductivity for mine pits.The digi-tal data processing method is used to treat the experimental results.Withthe help of a newly developed acoustically controlled channel selector,ahandy in-situ wall-rock thermal conductivity measuring device with one-button triggering fully automatic performance has thus been successfullyinstalled.The device consists of:(1)probe box with one environment te-mperature measuring probe and three thermal conductivity probes;(2)power box with two wax-sealed stabilized rechargeable batteries of 12 DCV;and(3)instrument box with a programmable calculator,a thermal printer,a five and an half digit multimeter,and a lab-developed programme-controlled channel selector.The one-button triggering fully automatic performance,being the keypoint of the in-situ device,is based on a computer programme-supportedsolid state logical circuit of the control system.Repeated experimemts showthat there exists an empirical log-log linear relationship between the the-rmal conductivity of the being measured sample and the working temper-ature rise at the center of the ring heater.Systematic tests also show th-at the spring pressure exerted on the ring heater by the probe casing andthe stability of the power source have crucial effect on the generalperformances and the accuracy of the device.Finally,the experimentalprecision is ansured through repeated calibrations.The reproducibility ofexperimental results is better than ±5%,while the accuracy of thedevice is 10%.
