高效液相色谱法测定洁泽洗液中盐酸小檗碱含量

摘　　要：目的建立洁泽洗液中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:Phenomsil ODS色谱柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(40∶60);流速:1.0 mL.min-1;检测波长:265 nm;柱温:40℃;进样量:10μL。结果盐酸小檗碱在2.53～101.20μg.mL-1浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=1.000 0);盐酸小檗碱的平均加样回收率分别为102.88%(RSD=2.13%),98.01%(RSD=0.17%),100.15%(RSD=2.57%)(n=3)。结论该方法灵敏快速、准确可靠,可作为洁泽洗液中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定方法。Objective To establish a HPLC method for determination of berberine hydrochloride in jieze lotion. Methods Chromatography was carried out on a column of the Phenomsil ODS（4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm）,with a mobile phase as Mentol-0.1%Phosphoric Acid（40：60）.The flow rate was set at 1.0 mL·min-1,and the detection wavelength was at 265 nm;The sample was loaded for 10 μL and column temperature was 40 ℃. Results A good linearity of berberine hydrochloride was obtained within 2.53-101.20 μg·mL-1;The average recoveries of berberine hydrochloride was 102.88%（RSD=2.13%）,98.01%（RSD=0.17%）,100.15%（RSD=2.57%）（n=3）,respectively. Conclusion The method is simple,rapid,sensitive and accurate,which can be used for quality control of berberine hydrochloride in jieze lotion.
