摘  要:导管架作为承载结构是海洋平台的重要组成部分,在海洋恶劣环境下极易产生腐蚀和损伤,直接危及平台的安全运行。文章介绍了一种无需水下作业,即可对海洋平台导管架实施100%全面腐蚀和缺陷检测的磁致伸缩(MsS)导波技术,并举例说明了该技术在中国石化股份胜利油田分公司海洋采油厂埕岛CB22A平台的应用情况,结果表明:导波水下最大单向的传播距离在20~25 m,可以覆盖导管架的全长,且最小缺陷检出能力达到2%横截面积。Jacket, which is an important part of marine platforms as a bearing structure, is extremely subject to corrosion and damage in bad marine environment, directly threatening the safe operation of the marine platform. This paper introduced a magnetostrictive (MsS) guided wave technique, which can perform 100% extensive detection of corrosion and defects in the jacket of marine platforms without under - water work. An example is given to explain the application of the technique in Chengbei 22A marine platforms of Shengli Oil Field. The results show that the longest t one - way transmission distance of under - water guided wave is 20 to 25 meters, which can cover the whole length of the catheter frame, and smallest defect that can be detected is 2% of cross-sectional area.
