摘 要:采用物理方法对SiO2粒子进行表面改性,并用改性纳米粉体气相SiO2和膨润土分别作乳化稳定剂,通过转相乳化法制备环氧树脂水基乳液,结果表明:通过对气相SiO2表面改性或向膨润土中添加亲水性微粒均能促成乳状液的转相跃迁.气相SiO2的表面润湿性对这种水基乳液的稳定性产生影响的主要原因体现在两个方面:一是用做改性剂的阳离子表面活性剂的烷基链的空间位阻效应;二是亲水亲油平衡.调节膨润土与亲水性微粒的比例或浓度有助于乳状液稳定性的提高.同时,借助显微图像技术观察乳状液液滴的微观形貌,认为改性SiO2与乳化剂EP-1之间存在一定的协同增效作用,该作用促进W/O/W多重乳状液的形成,并使乳状液粒径减小,稳定性提高.Water-based epoxy resin emulsion was prepared through the phase inversion method using modified fumed silica and betonies as an emulsifier and the silica particles were modified with physical method.The results demonstrated that phase inversion had taken place by means of silica surface modification or addition of hydrophilic particles into betonies.The water-based emulsion stability was affected by silica wet ability,which mainly reflected on two aspects:one was steric effect of alkyl chain of cationic surfactants acting as modifying agent;the other was hydrophilic-lipophilic balance(HLB).Ratio or concentration regulation of betonies and hydrophilic particles was contributed to the elevation of water-based emulsion stability.Simultaneously,microstructure of emulsion droplets was obtained with microscopic images technology for assistance.It was considered that there was a certain synergy between modified silica and EP-1,which promoted the formation of W/O/W multiple emulsions,the decrease of droplet size and the improvement of stability.
