摘 要:为解决低温下单独混凝对纺织废水处理效果不佳的问题,分析了3种混凝剂的最佳投药量,比较了活性炭投加方式对混凝效果的影响,并研究了低温条件下混凝活性炭联合工艺对纺织废水的处理效果。实验结果表明:常温(20~30℃)下,碱式氯化铝(BAC)效果最好,最佳投药量为100 mg/L,对原水中CODCr、色度和TP的去除率分别为51.44%、70.00%和93.48%,而在低温(10~15℃)下只有31.60%、50.00%和75.36%。采用混凝-活性炭联合工艺后,20 mg/L活性炭在聚合氯化铝(PAC)之前投加,对CODCr的去除率达到了73.80%。In response to the unsatisfactory result of textile wastewater treated by coagulation alone at low temperature,this study analyzed the best dosages of three coagulants and investigated the effect of the addition way of coagulants on the coagulation,as well as the treatment effect of coagulation-activated carbon at low temperature on textile wastewater.The results showed that at normal temperature(20-30 ℃),the effect of basic alumiump chloride(BAC) was the best,the removal of CODCr,chromaticity and TP by BAC were 51.44%,70.00% and 93.48%,respectively,when its concentration was 100 mg/L.In comparison,the corresponding values were 31.60%,50.00% and 75.36% at low temperature(10-15 ℃).When the coagulation-activated carbon combined process was used and 20 mg/L activated carbon was added before PAC,the removal of CODCr was up to 73.80%.
