肾炎片的质量标准研究

摘　　要：目的建立肾炎片的质量标准。方法采用TLC法对肾炎片中绿原酸、马鞭草、白茅根药材进行定性鉴别,采用HPLC法对绿原酸进行定量分析。结果在薄层色谱中可检出绿原酸、马鞭草、白茅根等药味的相应斑点,绿原酸的进样量在0.08～0.48μg范围内有良好的线性关系,r=0.999 1(n=5);平均加样回收率为98.3%;RSD为1.4%(n=5)。结论该法专属性强。Objective To establish the quality standard for Shenyan Tablets.Method Chlorogenic acid,herba verbenae,rhizoma imperatae were identified by TLC,and the content of chlorogenic acid was determined by HPLC.Results Chlorogenic acid,herba verbenae,and rhizoma imperatae could be identified.The calibration curve of chlorogenic acid was linear in the range of 0.08-0.48 μg with the correlation coefficient 0.999 1（n=5）.The average recovery of chlorogenic acid was 98.3%,with 1.4%（n=5）.Conclusion The method is specific,reproducible and accurate,so it can be used for the quality control of Shenyan Tablets.
