羟苯磺酸钙治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察羟苯磺酸钙治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法 40例糖尿病肾病患者,随机分为对照组(20例)和治疗组(20例),对照组常规降血糖、控制血压,治疗组在此基础上加用羟苯磺酸钙,2组疗程均为12周,治疗前后检测24h尿白蛋白(24h-UAER)、血肌酐(Scr)和尿素氮(BUN)等指标。结果治疗组降低24h-UAER的有效率为85.0%,明显高于对照组55.0%(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后24h-UAER较对照组下降明显(P<0.05)。结论羟苯磺酸钙治疗早期糖尿病肾病疗效确切。Objective To observe the clinical effect of calcium dobesilate treatment on early diabetic nephropathy.Methods 40 patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into two groups：one was the control and the other was the treatment.In the control group,blood sugar and blood pressure were controlled with routine treatment.While in the treatment group,calcium dobesilate was added besides the routine treatment.Each group＇s treatment course was 12 weeks.Before and after the treatment,patients＇ 24 h-UAER,Scr,and BUN were observed.Results In the treatment group,the effect to lower 24 h-UAER was 85.0%,apparently higher than that of control group,which was 55.0%（P0.05）.24 h-UAER lowered more significantly than that of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Calcium dobesilate is effective to treat early diabetic nephropathy.
