摘 要:以三氟化硼乙醚络合物为催化剂进行了环氧氯丙烷的阳离子开环聚合,合成了端羟基聚环氧氯丙烷,再将其与吡啶反应,制备了吡啶型聚醚离子液体(PPIL),用傅里叶变换红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱表征了其结构,并研究了PPIL改性聚丙烯(PP)的结晶性能和物理机械性能。结果表明,PPIL起到异相成核作用,改性PP中具有β-晶型结构,且β-晶型质量分数达到20%,较纯PP提高了5个百分点;PPIL改性PP的熔融温度与纯PP相差不大;当PPIL与PP质量比为4∶100时,改性PP的冲击强度较纯PP提高了约8.1%。With boron trifluoride ether complex as catalyst,the hydroxy-terminated polyepichlorohydrin(PECH) was synthesized via cationic ring-opening polymerization of epichlorohydrin.Pyridine-based polyether ionic liquid(PPIL) was prepared from PECH and pyridine.The microstructure of PPIL was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and 1H-nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometry,and the crystallization and mechanical properties of PPIL modified PP were studied.The results showed that PPIL had a heterogeneous nucleating effect on PP matrix,the modified PP had ?-crystal,the mass fraction of which increased to 20%,5 percent points more than pure PP.The melting point of PP/PPIL blends was close to that of pure PP.When PPIL/PP(mass ratio) was 4/100,the impact strength of modified PP increased by about 8.1% compared to pure PP.
