摘　　要：SMBT-1型磁泡存贮器测试系统是为适应国内研制磁泡存贮器件的需要而设计的。本系统用一台微机对测试过程进行控制和数据处理,在实际使用条件下完成高速测试控制。系统的硬件和软件配合灵活,具有发生测试图形、自动测试和数据处理功能。这减少了测试时间、摆脱了繁重的人工统计、避免了人员误差、提高了测试效率和精度。The SMBT-1 Magnetic Bubble Memory Test System is de-signed to meet the requirements of developing homemade magnetic bubblememory devices.A microcomputer provides all the control functions in thetesting procedure and data processing for this test system.By using a newdesigned idea the high-speed control of testing is handled by a common 8bits microprocessor under the real time access situation.Incorporating itshardware and software flexibly,the test system performs all the functionsneeded by testing of magnetic bubble memory devices,such as generatingtest patterns,automatic test and data processing.These reduce the test ti-me,help researchers to be freed from Complicate statistics,avoid the ma-nual error and raise the testing efficiency and accurary.
