摘　　要：文章围绕古籍调包事件,结合图书馆危机管理理论,总结分析图书馆面对突发事件成功化解危机的应对策略,以及由此引发的图书馆危机管理问题思考。According to the substitution of ancient books and combining with the crisis management of the library, the paper summarizes and analyzes the strategies they took to deal with the crisis and the deep thinking of crisis management in libraries.
