摘  要:图书馆推行超市化服务模式和商业运营的超市化服务在关键点上有着根本差别,文献资源多样性是推行超市化管理的前提;图书馆物理空间的可变性是推行超市化管理的基础;人们需求欲的不断提升成为推行超市化管理的必然选择。提升服务质量,节省人员和设施设备,提高馆舍利用率属直接效果。读者满意度、图书馆在学校的地位和工作人员工作愉悦性的提升是显现效果。There are fundamental differences between the key points of the supermarket-like service managent of library and business operations services in the supermarket. Literature resources diversity is a prerequisite for the implementation of supermarket-like management, and the library physical space variability is the basis. The implementation of supermarket-like management has become the inevitable choice for the continuous improvement of people's requirements. The improvement of service quality, savings in staff and facilities, and improvement of the utilization of premises are direct effects. It can obviously improve readers satisfaction, the status of libraries in schools and the enjoyment of staff in working.
