摘　　要：针对传统的二线制显示表头成本高、功耗大的特点,提出了一种低成本、高精度的多功能二线制表头设计方案。采用超低功耗单片机MSP430F4152为主控制芯片,设计了一种转换电路将其内部10位ADC提升为12位进行模数转换,将经过数字滤波处理的信号值显示在带背光的LCD上。可以通过按键进行参数配置,以适用于不同物理量显示。采用内部FLASH进行参数存储。测试结果表明该系统具有低成本、低功耗、高精度、配置灵活的特点,适用于工业现场的显示。Aimed at the characteristics of traditional two-wired displaying indicator with high cost and power consumption, a design methodology of high precise and low cost multi-function indicator was presented. The indicator was designed with uhralow power MSP430F4152 microprocessor as the main control chip which has 10 bits A/D module. A conversion circuit was developed to extend 10 bits A/D module to 12 bits A/D to realize the analog-to-digital transformation,and the output signals which were processed by digital filter algorithm could be displayed on LCD with backlight. In order to display different physical quantities, the system provides key module to set various parameters flexibly which can be stored in the internal Flash of MSP430Fg152. The result shows that the indicator has its own characteristic in the low cost and low power consumption, high accuracy and flexible configura- tion, and it is fit to be used in the industrial field.
