摘　　要：目的探讨急性左心衰患者临床护理的方法和意义。方法对我院收治的67例急性左心衰患者进行抢救、常规、心理、营养及生活等方面的护理,观察护理效果。结果 67例患者中,症状得到控制或缓解的49例,病情加重的13例,死亡的5例,取得了一定效果。结论通过对67例急性左心衰患者采取正确有效的急救护理,提高了急性左心衰患者抢救成功率,提高了患者对护士的满意度,体现了护理人员的素质及业务水平,促进患者早日恢复健康并提高患者的生存质量。Objective To discuss the nursing experience of patients with acute left heart failure. Methods The nursing effects of 67 hospitalized patients diagnosed with acute left heart failure were observed and analyzed in terms of emergent treatments, medical routines, psychological health, nutritional conditions and daily activities. Results Among the 67 cases, 49 had symptomatic improvements, 13 worsened in their conditions, and 5 ultimately died. Conclusion Correct and effective nursing for patients with acute left heart failure patients increased the success rate of medical management, as well as the degree of patient satisfaction for the nurses.
