隔药饼灸对不同性别健康人群红细胞数量及红细胞CD58表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:通过在神阙、关元等传统保健穴上施用药饼灸,观察在不同性别健康人群中红细胞数量及红细胞CD58表达的变化。方法:将以熟地黄、山药、山茱萸等为主方的药物制成药饼置于观察对象神阙、关元、足三里、脾俞、肾俞等穴,施灸3壮,隔日1次,共灸10次。在施灸前、后分别进行红细胞检查,流式细胞仪测定红细胞表面CD58分子的阳性百分率和平均荧光强度。结果:施灸前后男子组、女子组红细胞量出现相同变化,两组施灸前、后红细胞差值比较出现显著差异(P<0.05)。与施灸前相比,男子组、女子组红细胞CD58分子的阳性百分率和平均荧光强度均明显高于施灸前(P<0.01),其中,红细胞CD58荧光强度的变化尤为突出;男子组与女子组间比较施灸前后均无差异。结论:隔药饼灸可明显促进红细胞CD58分子表达,在表达数量上无性别差异。Objective： To explore the influence of moxibustion on the acupoints of Shenque（CV8） and Guanyuan（CV4） on RBC quantities and erythrocyte CD58 expression in healthy people of different gender.Methods： Putting the medicinal cakes on the acupoints,Shenque（CV8）,Guanyuan（CV4）,Zusanli（ST36）,Pishu（BL20）,Shenshu（BL21）,and then lighted moxa every other day,totally for 10 times.Different quantities were compared before and after applying moxibustion.Results： The comparison of RBC difference between male group and female group is diffrent（P0.05）.The quantities of erythrocytes and leukocytes were increased significantly after moxibustion（P0.01）.Positive percentage and mean fluorescent strength of CD58 molecule on erythrocyte surface were significantly greater after moxibustion（P0.01）,especially fluorescent strength of CD58 molecule on erythrocyte surface.Conclusion： Moxibustion with medicinal cake have different increase on RBC quantities in healthy people of different gender,especially for female.Moxibustion could promote expression of Erythrocyte CD58,While the expression quantities of Erythrocyte CD58 has no gender differences.
