聂惠民从郁论治疑难杂病的临证经验探究

摘　　要：聂惠民教授是国家第四批名老中医学术继承人指导老师,聂老师善于从郁治疗疑难杂病,笔者从解郁养心法治疗冠心病、解郁调经法治疗痛经证、解郁安神法治疗失眠证、解郁调肝法治疗肝炎、解郁健脾法治疗小儿厌食证、解郁利胆法治疗慢性胆囊炎6个方面对聂老师从"郁"论治疑难杂病的经验进行归纳总结,希冀为继承发扬聂老师的学术思想提供参考,为临床上疑难杂病的治疗提供可借鉴的经验。Professor Nie Hui-min is a tutor of academic ideas successor of well-known aged doctor in China from the second to the fourth sequence.Professor NIE Hui-min is good at treating difficult and miscellaneous diseases based on pathogenesis of impediment.As academic ideas successor of Professor NIE Hui-min,the author of the paper summarized the experiences of Professor NIE Hui-min from the following six aspects： Removing the impediment and nourishing the heart to treat the coronary heart disease;Removing the impediment and regulating the menstruation to treat the dysmenorrheal;Removing the impediment and coordinating the liver to treat hepatitis;Removing the impediment and invigorating the spleen to treat the anorexia;Removing the impediment and promoting bile flow to treat the chronic cholecystitis.The purposes of the paper are to provide the references of inheriting the academic ideas of Professor Nie Hui-min and experiences of treating difficult and miscellaneous diseases.
