摘　　要：随着我国老龄人口逐渐增多,延缓衰老成了许多医学研究重点,中医理论认为肾虚是导致衰老的主要原因,"肾虚衰老"学说是中医衰老理论的基础。文章就近10年来补肾方药在延缓衰老方面的实验研究予以综述。With the increase of aging population in China,there is a lot of medical research focused on the topic to postpone aging.From the point of view of TCM,it is considered that kidney deficiency can be a principal cause of aging.The hypothesis that kidney deficiency can result in aging is the basis of aging theory in TCM.This article summarizes the experimental research on kidney-tonifying prescriptions for anti-aging in recent ten years.
