针刺长强穴治疗精神发育迟滞患儿57例多中心临床研究报告

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺长强穴治疗精神发育迟滞(MR)的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的115例MR患儿随机分为长强组59例与头针组56例,两组患者每周治疗2次,持续治疗3个月进行治疗前后婴儿-初中生生活能力及韦氏智力量表评定。结果:韦氏智力评定与婴儿-初中生生活能力评定:两组患儿评分治疗前与治疗后组间比较,经统计学处理均未见明显差异;两组治疗后与治疗前组内比较,数据均有明显差异(P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析:患儿年龄与韦氏智力、婴儿-初中生生活能力的改善情况成负相关(P<0.001)。结论:针刺治疗可以有效提高精神发育迟滞儿童智力与社会适应能力,而且越早干预智力与社会适应能力的改善越明显;治疗精神发育迟滞除选用局部传统头针外,还可以依据腧穴"远道调节"的作用选取远端穴位,比如长强穴。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of treating mental retardation（MR） by acupuncturing at Chang Qiang.Methods： 107 cases of patients of MR were divided into two groups,which including 57 cases treated with acupuncturing Chang Qiang as treatment group and 56 cases treated with Scalp acupuncture as control group.Two groups were treated in a 3-months period and twice a week.For all the patients,we assessed and compared them before and after treatment with Infants-Junior Middle School Student Social-Life Ability Scale and WAIS-RC.Results： The assessment WAIS-RC and Infants-Junior Middle School Student Social-Life Ability Scale showed that： after and before treatment,there were no significant difference between 2 groups;after treatment compared with before treatment,there were significant difference within the groups（P0.05）.Correlation analysis of Pearson： The age had negative correlation with Infants-Junior Middle School Student Social-Life Ability Scale and WAIS-RC（P0.001）.Conclusion： Acupuncture can effectively improve the capability of children with MR in the social adaptation ability and intelligence.In addition,the younger the better.So,we not only could select scalp in local,but also could select the point from distance,for example Chang Qiang point.
