依据《辅行诀脏腑用药法要》探讨经方组方规律在针灸学中的应用

摘　　要：《辅行诀脏腑用药法要》(以下简称《辅行诀》)出自敦煌遗本,后经张大昌先生献给中国中医科学院,对研究《汤液经法》、《伤寒论》的演变传承,及经方的用药组方规律具有重要的学术价值。文章通过总结《辅行诀》的组方用药规律,结合经络五输穴的五行属性,将《辅行诀》的脏腑补泻规律应用于针灸临床,为针灸临床辨证取穴提供新的思路。Fu Xing Jue Zang Fu Yong Yao Fa Yao（here referred to as Fu Xing Jue） came from the Dunhuang legacy,Mr.ZHANG Da-chang dedicated it to China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences afterward,and had very important academic value in study on evolution and transmission of Tang Ye Jing Fa and Shanghan Lun,and application laws of classic prescriptions.This paper was based on the application rules of Fu Xing Jue combined with the characteristic of five-shu point,to apply the Zang Fu reinforcing and reducing method in Fu Xing Jue to clinical acupuncture,and provides new ideas of point selection treatment based on syndrome differentiation.
