摘　　要：目的:对不同品种及不同产地蟾皮中所含抗肿瘤脂溶性活性成分酯蟾毒配基、华蟾酥毒基以及水溶性活性成分吲哚类生物碱的含量进行比较。方法:应用HPLC法测定广西、湖南、陕西产黑眶蟾蜍,江苏、安徽、河北、山东产中华大蟾蜍蟾皮中酯蟾毒配基、华蟾酥毒基的含量,并采用分光光度法,以5-羟色胺盐酸盐为对照测定其所含吲哚类生物碱的含量。结果:山东产蟾皮中酯蟾毒配基、华蟾酥毒基未检测到,其余6个产地蟾皮中酯蟾毒配基、华蟾酥毒基的含量分别在0.0612-0.5760、0.1163-0.4950mg/g,其中河北产蟾皮中酯蟾毒配基含量最高,江苏产蟾皮中华蟾酥毒基含量最高。7个产地蟾皮中吲哚类生物碱含量在0.5150-1.300mg/g,其中江苏产蟾皮中吲哚类生物碱含量最高,河北产含量最低。结论:不同品种蟾皮差异不大,但不同产地蟾皮中抗肿瘤活性成分的含量存在较大差异,因此在研发以蟾皮为主药的抗肿瘤制剂时,应建立蟾皮药材的质量控制标准,以保证制剂的质量。Objective： To compare the contents of the active anti-tumor components in toad skin from different origins,including liposoluble resibufogenin,cinobufagin and water-soluble indole alkaloids.Methods： An HPLC method was developed to determine the contents of resibufogenin and cinobufagin in toad skin from seven origins including Jiangsu,Anhui,Hunan,Hebei,Guangxi,Shanxi and Shandong.A spectrophotometry was used to determine the contents of the indole alkaloids,with 5-Hydroxytryptamine hydrochloride as the reference substance.Results：The resibufogenin and cinobufagin which from Shandong Province was not be detected.The contents of resibufogenin and cinobufagin in toad skin from six origins were in range of 0.0612-0.5760mg/g,0.1163-0.4950mg/g respectively.The content of resibufogenin which from Hebei Province was highest,and cinobufagin from Jiangsu Province was highest.The contents of indole alkaloids in toad skin from seven origins were in range of 0.5150-1.300mg/g.The contents of indole alkaloids which from Anhui Province were highest,whereas from Heibei Province were lowest.Conclusion：The contents of resibufogenin,cinobufagin and indole alkaloids in toad skin from different origins have significant difference.Therefore,in order to make safe and effective usage of the drug,quality criteria of toad skin should be established,when research and develop preparations of toad skins.
