正脊手法治疗肠易激综合征的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:评价正脊手法治疗肠易激综合征的临床疗效,分析肠易激综合征的发病原因。方法:选取2007年至2009年门诊诊治的210例肠易激综合征正在发病的病人,随机分为正脊手法研究组和药物得舒特口服对照组各105例。研究组由专人施行手法治疗;对照组采用得舒特(匹维溴铵片)口服治疗。2周后采用BSS症状尺度表评分标准进行治疗前后症状评分,应用改善率进行统计,并对统计结果进行分析。结果:两组患者疗效有显著性差异,研究组优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:运用正脊手法治疗肠易激综合征是一种疗效肯定的方法。胸腰椎椎间盘移位很可能是肠易激综合征的真正病因。Objective： To evaluate the clinical effect of spinal manipulation in treating IBS then analyse the cause of IBS.Methods： 210 cases IBS patients were observed in this observation,which were all from the outpatient department of Zhongda Hospital from 2007 to 2009.The patients were divided randomly into two groups,research group and control group.The patients of research group were treated with Chinese orthopedic manipulation on spine（spinal manipulation） by one professional doctor.The patients of control group were treated with Pinaverium Bromide Dicetel.The symptoms of pre-treatment and post-treatment were defined by Bristol Stool Scale（BSS）,the symptom improvement rating and the effect subjective assessment were chose to evaluate the effect,statistically.Results： According to the symptom rate of improving got from BSS,All cases were statistically analyzed.The result showed that the effect of research group（spinal manipulation group） was significantly better than the control group（drug group）（P0.001）.Conclusions： The displacement of inter-vertebral discs and/ or vertebra in the thoracic or lumbar region seems to be a contributing factor in the development of pain related symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome.Correcting the displacement of inter-vertebral discs and/or vertebra in order to resolve the stimuli caused by pressure exerted on the nerves and vessels around the spine is an effective method of treatment for IBS.
