半夏泻心汤对功能性消化不良大鼠模型血浆P物质及胃窦黏膜CGRP的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察半夏泻心汤对功能性消化不良(FD)大鼠模型血浆P物质(SP)和胃窦组织降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)的影响,并探讨其可能的作用机制。方法:以FD大鼠为实验对象,应用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法测定血浆中SP含量,并用免疫组化技术检测大鼠胃窦组织CGRP的水平。结果:①各组大鼠胃窦黏膜均未见明显损伤。②与正常组相比,模型组血浆SP和胃窦组织CGRP水平升高(P<0.01);与模型组相比,给药组大鼠血浆SP和胃窦组织CGRP水平升高(P<0.05)。结论:半夏泻心汤具有促进胃排空和降低内脏敏感性的作用。这可能是其治疗功能性消化不良的机制之一。Objective： in the functional dyspepsia experiment,observe what Banxiaxiexin decoction can have on serum substance P（SP） and calcitonin gene-related peptide（CGRP） of stomach-antrum tissue in mice model,and discuss what mechanism it may have.Methods： use the mice which suffer from functional dyspepsia as the experimental objects,apply enzyme linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA） to estimate serum content of SP,and utilize immunohistochemistry technique to measure the CGRP level of stomach-antrum tissue in mice.Results： ①no obvious lesion has been found in the stomach-antrum mucus from above groups.②when compare to the normal group,serum SP and CGRP level are increased（P0.01）;When compare to the model group,SP serum content and CGRP level are increased（P0.05）.Conclusion： Banxiaxiexin decoction can promote gastric emptying and reduce sensitivety of orgens.this may be one of the mechanisms of acridness dispersing and bitterness expelling.
