五行音乐合中药治疗围绝经期抑郁症的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:通过研究围绝经期抑郁症患者抑郁症状评分及性激素水平的变化,探讨五行音乐及中药的疗效。方法:90例轻、中度围绝经期抑郁症患者随机分为中药治疗组(A组)、五行音乐治疗组(B组)和五行音乐合中药治疗组(C组),每组30例,采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)进行抑郁症状评价,电化学方法检测各组血卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E2)、黄体生成素(LH)值。结果:经治疗后,各组HAMD评分均有明显的下降(P<0.01),以C组最明显,且C组抑郁症状改善的总有效例数也显著高于B组(P<0.05);性激素指标比较,A、C两组FSH值较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01),C组E2值较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05)。结论:在服用中药的基础上加用五行音乐疗法,既能调节围绝经期抑郁症患者的性激素水平,同时可以更好的改善抑郁症状。Objective： By studying depressive symptom score and sex hormone levels of Perimenopausal depression patients to explore the effect of Five Elements Music and traditional Chinese medicine.Methods： 90 patients with mild to moderate perimenopausal depression were randomly divided into traditional Chinese medicine treatment group,the Five Elements Music treatment group and combined treatment group（A,B,C three groups）.Hamilton Depression Rating Scale（HAMD） for evaluation of depressive symptoms,and ectrochemical method to detect the serum FSH,E2,LH values.Results： After treatment,HAMD scores in each group were significantly decreased（P0.01）,which were the most significant C.The improvement of depressive symptoms of C was significantly higher than B group（P0.05）.Comparing hormones,FSH of A,C groups were significantly lower than before treatment（P0.01）,E2 of C group compared with values increased significantly during treatment（P0.05）.Conclusions： Traditional Chinese medicine combined the five elements music,can both regulate the sex hormone levels of the perimenopausal depression,and improve symptoms of depression.
