摘　　要：对目前非常规部位如腕指横纹上三横指正中、双侧锁骨中线与胸骨连线内的三角区域、小腿内侧下1/3处等的药物过敏试验的情况进行综述,提出选择非常规部位皮试应注意潜在的法律问题。It reviewed the status quo of drug allergy test in unconventional sites such as the mesal region of three horizontal fingers above the wristfinger transverse striation,the triangular region within bilateral midclavian line and sternum connection line, the medial lower one third region of the lower leg. It put forward that one selecting unconventional sites for skin test should be aware of potential legal issues.
