高校教师党员党性分析的方法路径探讨

摘　　要：立足于我国改革开放30多年以来的社会现实,论述了高校教师党员党性分析方法路径中存在着效用度低、内容单一、评价主体范围较窄以及一些形式化的东西等问题,并分析了目前高校教师党员党性分析的内容指标体系机械陈旧、不少教师党员的思想道德觉悟有待加强、基层党组织民主生活气息缺乏和党外群众参与评价的机制不健全等原因。建议从坚持具体问题具体分析法、历史分析法、系统分析法、制度分析法等来探索高校教师党员党性分析的科学方法;从制定合理的内容指标体系,评价主体的多元化,党性分析程序的科学化、透明化和党性分析机制运行的常态化四个方面来对高校教师党员党性分析的路径进行科学构建。Based on the 30 years of social reality of China＇s reform and opening up,the article discusses the problems existing in the method and path of college teachers＇ party spirit analysis,such as low effectiveness,single contents,narrow evaluation as well as some superficial things,it also explores its causes,including old content indicator systems,improved moral consciousness in some university party members,lack of democratic life in grassroots organizations and imperfect evaluation mechanism by non-party members.The author suggests that we explore the scientific method of the university teachers＇ party spirit analysis in way of specific issues analysis,historical analysis,system analysis,institution analysis,and build the scientific path of the university teachers＇ party spirit analysis from the reasonable content of evaluation index system,wide range of evaluation of the main,scientific and transparent analysis program,and normal operating mechanism of the analysis.
