摘 要:对绩效评估的含义、流程、以及图书馆完善绩效评估体系的必要性进行阐述。针对目前图书馆员工绩效评估体系的具体状况,分析体系中存在的缺陷,比如评估主观偏误性过强、评估指标与评估标准不科学、缺乏反馈沟通环节、忽视对评估结果的应用等,并针对这些缺陷提出相应的完善对策,如利用360度评估法加强评估客观性,制定完善的评估指标与明确的评估标准,建立良好的反馈沟通机制,重视绩效评估结果的分析应用等。The definition,procedure and necessity of perfecting the library performance assessment system have been elaborated.Moreover,according to the condition of library staff performance assessment,defects of the system have been analyzed,such as subjective results,unscientific standards,lack of communication and ignoring using those assessment results.Finally,some effective perfecting countermeasures have been proposed according to these defects,such as using 360-degree assessment to enhance the assessment objectivity,drawing up well-developed indicators and specific criteria of assessment,establishing a good communication and feedback mechanism and attaching importance to the analysis and application of assessment results.
