摘　　要：以浙江省3所独立设置的传染病医院为对象,通过2007-2009年收支结构状况评价,探讨传染病医院经济运行规律。结果提示,应结合传染病专科医院特点,从"大卫生"视角加强传染病防治工作,构建规范的财政补助模式,完善医疗服务价格补偿机制,引导医院降耗增效,不断提高床位等医疗资源总体利用效率。We surveyed on three infectious disease hospitals in Zhejiang Province, and evaluated the financial balance from 2007 to 2009, and explored their running pattern. The results suggested that we should improve infectious disease prevention and treatment from the perspective of health, construct excellent financial subsidy model, improve medical service price reimbursement mechanism, make hospitals reduce costs and increase efficiency, and improve medical resources utilization efficiency.
