摘　　要："差异"与"公平"是世界将永远面对的问题,因为有差异,才导致世界上许多的不公平;也因为有差异,才能真正地实现公平。在当今教育公平的追求中,我们既应当科学地保持教育发展中应有的适度差异,以利教育公平的实现,又应当努力消除不适度的差异给教育公平实现带来的负面影响。The issue of ＂difference＂ and ＂justice＂ is the worldwide problem.The difference leads to unfair in many fields in the world.The justice can be realized in case of the differences solved.In pursuing present education justice we should maintain the suitable difference in the progress of education.The justice can be realized.The negative impact of the education justice from the unsuitable difference in the education processing progress should be eliminated.
