摘 要:对于具有再生过程的水网络而言,再生水夹点之下需求水流的杂质负荷及流量是固定的,根据该特点分析了具有再生循环过程的单杂质水网络夹点及目标值随再生后浓度、再生水流量变化的一般规律.再生后浓度不高于次低需求水流极限浓度时,随着再生后浓度的升高,若再生水夹点不变,则新鲜水目标值不变,再生水目标值、杂质负荷逐渐增大,再生水夹点水源消耗量、杂质负荷逐渐减小.再生水流量不足时,随着再生水流量的增加,新鲜水目标值降低,直到再生水流量充足,新鲜水目标值达到理论最小值.Based on the fact that the contaminant mass-load and flow rate are fixed under the pinch point, the variation of the pinches and the targets at different regenerated concentrations and flow rates were analyzed for water-using networks with single-contaminant involving regeneration recycling. If the regeneration pinch remained unchanged with the increment of the regenerated concentration, the freshwater target would remain unchanged, the consumption and contaminant mass-load of the regenerated stream would increase and that of the regeneration pinch-source stream would be reduc- ed gradually. When the amount of the regenerated stream was insufficient, with the increasing amount of the regenerated stream, the freshwater target would be reduced gradually. The target would reach the lowest value until the amount was sufficient.
