摘  要:目的:联合测定尿蛋白与尿酶,建立适用肾病的早期诊断方法。方法:对30例正常对照和30例肾病患者采用终量法测定尿N-乙酰-β-D-氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG),ELISA方法检测尿微量白蛋白(mALB)。结果:正常对照的尿NAG为(9.66±3.48)U/L。mALB为(3.59±2.89)mg/L;肾病患者的尿NAG值为(18.54±6.47)U/L、mALB值为(39.91±18.12)mg/L;显著高于正常对照组(t=10.13。P〈0.叭)。两项指标联合检测的阳性率为90%(NAG+mALB),明显高于单项检测(75%)。结论:联合检测尿NAG、mALLB,可作为早期肾损伤的实验室诊断指标:Objective Established a suitable nephrosis early diagnosis method by united application of micro urine protein test (mALB) and urine enzyme union determination(NAG). Methods Detected 30 normal casess and 30 nephmsis cases with mALB and NAG. End - point method was applied for urinary N - acetyl - beta - D - gluco - saminidase (NAG) [33 M ieroalbumin (mALB) measured with ELISA o Results in the normal control group, the level of urinary mALB and NAG were (3. 59 4- 2.89) ) rag/ L and (9.66 + 3.48) U/L respectively. The two indexes in the nephrosis cases group were significantly higher than in control group ( P 〈 0.01 ). The positive rate of measuring NAG + mALB together was 90 % . Conclusion The combined measurement of NAG and Urinates the micro protein is more sensitive and reliable.
