摘　　要：目的：介绍一种具有专科特色的基于肝病住院病人临床资料管理的数据库软件设计使用及其开发前景。方法：基于医院感染科临床工作和科研经验，参考国内外医学领域已经发表的专科数字化随访系统的研究文献，设计具有满足肝病病人随访治疗及医务工作及相关人员科研需求的肝病登记表；采用微软公司Access数据库搭建数据库平台，Power Builder 0．0作为软件开发工具开发软件。结果开发出的《全数字化肝脏疾病科研随访系统V1．0》可以全面收集肝病患者的病例资料，提供科研依据。用户界面友好，便于数据输入、查询、修改、打印、导出到Excel表、备份等；系统操作简便，性能稳定，能满足专科临床数据管理的需要。结论：经过在温州医学院附属第一医院感染内科的使用，该系统稳定性、安全性和兼容性可靠，专科特色明显，实现了慢性肝病病人临床资料的信息化管理，有利于临床、教学和科研工作。Objective To introduce the application of a new digital clinic follow - up system of chronic liver disease. Methods Based on clinical and research experience of department of Infectious Diseases and refer to the reference of digital follow - up system in other specialist area, we design the registration form of liver disease to meet the needs of medical staff to do the follow - up treatment and research. The system was based on Microsoft Access and Power Builder 10.0. Results The ＂All - digital liver disease research and follow - up system V1. O ＂ can do a comprehensive collection of clinical liver disease data. The interface of the system is friendly and easy for users to entry, query, modify, print, export to Excel table and backup. Its performance is stable and can meet the specialist clinical data management needs. Conclusion After the application in Department of Infection and Liver Diseases, Liver Research Center, the First Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical Col- lege, the stability, security and compatibility of the system is ready for the clinical and research work.
