改良式乙状结肠人工阴道成形术

摘　　要：目的：探讨乙状结肠人工阴道成形术改良术的手术方法、可行性和疗效。方法：比较2例采取改进的人工阴道造口进行的改良术式和1例按照传统的人工阴道造口及造穴进行的术式的患者术后情况，观察阴道分泌物，阴道感染发生，移植肠管粘膜脱垂等。结果：2例采取改进的人工阴道造口术后随访无肠坏死等，新阴道长12、13cm，弹性好，阴道分泌物不多，无异味，元粘膜脱垂引起的不适感。结论：改良的人工阴道造口在一定程度上避免了术后移植的肠壁松弛，粘膜脱垂，对降低人工阴道感染的发生有良好的作用。Objective： Probe the improved operation of sigrnoid colon substitute the artificial vagina, and its feasibilities and effects. Method： Compare the patients, postoperative by 2 cases which adopted by the impmved operation of Stoma artificial vagina with 1 case which taked with the Traditional Method of Stoma artificial vagina, and Observe the vaginal discharge, Vaginal infections and the prolapse of transplant intestinal mucosal ect. Result ： The 2 cases which adopted by the improved operation of Stoma artificial vagina their postoperative follow -up were found no intestinal necrosis, and the new Vaginal, Length were 12,13cm, and their elasticity were better, their Vaginal discharge were litter and no peculiar smell, no Discomfort which was Caused by prolapse of transplant Intestinal mucosal. Conclusion： The improved operation of Sigmoid colon Substitute artificial vagina to a certain extent could avoid relaxation of intestinal transplantation mueosal prolapse after surgery, and aslo had a good effect in reducing the incidence of infections in artificial vagina.
