摘　　要：目的：探讨了局麻和全麻对手术病人血清IL-6、hs—CRP、IL-10水平影响的临床分析。方法：根据不同的麻醉方法对胃癌病人分为硬膜外麻醉组（A组）和静吸复合麻醉组（B组），每组30例，在麻醉诱导前，手术切皮和手术开始1H抽取静脉血3m1分别测定血清IL-6、hs—CRP和IL—10含量。结果：A组病人其血清中三项指标含量在切皮和术中IH与术前比较有显著差异（P〈0．05）、B组血清IL-6、hs—CRP和IL-10含量与术前差异无显著性（P〉0．05），各时段B组IL-6、hs—CRP、和IL-10含量比A组为低（P〈O．05）。结论：静吸复合麻醉能明显降低血清IL-6、hs—CRP和IL-10含量。Objective To explore the influence of anesthesia on changes of serum IL - 6, hs - CRP and IL - 10 levels methods Serum IL - 6, hs - CRP and IL - 10 levels wet＇e detrtmined during operation with immune methods for 3 times（ Induction, skin incision and 1 hr later） in 30 patients with gastric cancer operated under re- gional anesthesia and 30 patients operated under general anesthesia. Results in patients under regional anesthesia, the IL -6, hs - CRP and IL - 10 levels increased sig- nificantly at the beginnning operation, and I hr later though dropped , remained significantly higher than the levels before induction （ P 〈 O. 5 ）, No significant change of the levels were observed in patients under general anesthesia throughout the operation and the levels were as a whole signeficantly lower than the levels under regional anesthesia （ P 〈 0.5 ）. Conclusions General anesthesia （ Combined intravenous and inhalation） could abolish the elevation of serum IL - 6, hs - CRP and IL - 10 levels during operation.
