摘　　要：目的：探讨内环口修补术治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝疗效。方法：回顾分析2005年1月至2009年12月井冈山大学附属医院行疝囊高位结扎＋内环口修补术治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝299例患儿临床资料。结果：299例患儿全部痊愈出院，无并发症发生。287例获随防，随防时间1—5年。术后复发2例。复发率0．7％。结论：研究结果表明疝囊离位结扎＋内环口修补术治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝是安全有效的手术方法，可降低术后复发率。Objective ： To investigate the effect of using internal ring repair surgery to treat inguinal heria of children. Methods ： Retrospective analysis clinical data of 299 children who had been used Hernia sac ligation and internal ring repair surgery to treat inguinal heria in Affiliated Hospital of Jinggangshan University from January 2005 to December 2009. Results： 299cases of all children were discharged without complications. 287 cases have been with the defense, with the anti - time, 1 - 5 years, two of them relapsed, therelapserate is 0.7%. Conclusion ： The results show that Hernia sac ligation and internal ring repair surgery treat children singuinal heria is a safe and effective surgical method , and it can reduce therelapse rate.
