不同价格降压药物在建德市高血压人群中使用情况分析

摘　　要：目的：了解不同价格降压药物在高血压人群中使用情况。方法：调查高血压患者2100例。年龄在28—80岁之间，平均年龄（62．5±12．1）岁。调查的项目包括：文化程度、用药前后血压、病史、所用药物的名称及每日剂量等。结果：不同文化程度人群之间不同价格药物的使用有明显差异（P〈0．01），大多数低学历患者使用低价格药物，许多高学历患者也使用低价格药物。不同病史的患者用药也有明显差异（P〈0．01），随着病史的延长，高价格药物的使用逐渐增多。结论：文化程度的高低及病史的长短直接影响高血压患者对降压药物的选择，从而影响对血压的控制。医生应对患者做足够的健康教育。对患者药物的选择应做到个体化以提高高血压的控制率。Objective：To examine the use of antihypertensive medications with different price in hypertensive. Method： We investigated 2100 subjects aged 28 to 80,with an average age of 62.5 ± 12.1 years, and all had high blood pressure （BP） of 140mmHg or greater in systole （SBP） and/or 90mmHg or greater in diastole （DBP） or current treatment with antihypertensive medications. The data was produced ,in which educational level,blood pressure before and after taking antihypertensire medications, history of hypertension, antihypertensive medication and a multidiseipllnary questionnaire were involved. Result： Different price antihypertensive agents treatment was different obviously among subjects with different level of education （p 〈0.01 ）. Low price drugs was used in most subjects who have low educational level, but many subjects who have high educational level used low price drugs too. Also,the use of antihypertensive medication is different in subjects with different history of hypertension（ p 〈 0.01 ）. The rate of use high price antihypertensive drugs has increased when the history of hypertension was lengthening. Conclusion ： Educational level and history of hypertension effect patients choose the antihypertensive medication and have a powerful influence on the control of blood pressure in populations with hypertension. Physicians should give hypertensive education about high blood pressure, and antihypertensive prescribing practices should adhere to individualization therapy strategy to elevate the control rate of hypertension.
